For a perfect feel good experience when you are hurting...
The lift feature is the best.
1. There could be an on/off switch for the remote control so the batteries need not be removed for extended down time. When plugs are removed at the wall socket, battery drain continues, unless there is an on/off switch, or batteries are removed. Continued) 2. The one power cord connector is forced to be installed downward, rather than sideward or upward. The receptacle in the transformer should be reworked to eliminate downward installation so the connector does not interfere with the floor, and hence bind the cord at its plug. PS: Even the book shows downward installation, so that would need to be corrected if you rework the recepticle as suggested above. 3. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this chair; with the above two suggestions, we would rate the overall operation excellent and very user friendly.

76 years old. retired.Spend most of my day watching TV from chair and find it to be the most unconfortable chair.
Remote w/ separate Seat & Back & Lift buttons provides the...
-Electric -Remote control -Separate Back & Seat controls -Separate programmed buttons for Zero Gravity, for TV, and for Lift -Two additional buttons that we can program ourselves with the help of the manual -Soooooooo comfortable!! (I use it when my Dad is in his wheelchair for meals :) -The no-extra-charge fabric is VERY attractive -The forest green color is just what I wanted -Dad is losing weight rather rapidly, so his pubis and coccyx have been bothering him, even in this very plushy chair ~ so we've added a doughnut cushion and it solved the problem!
-I wish the Back could be brought to a truly upright position using just the "Back" arrow-button on the remote control.

out standing chair
Good workmanship
The extra arm protectors could use some hook and loop material to keep them in place, when raising chair.

AWSOME
I love what the chair is doing for me. It was made for the purpose that I purchased it for and that was to get your feet above my heart.
