Very hard and uncomfortable chair for even me, let alone my...
The reclining positions.
The chair is very hard, not "cushiony" at all. The massager is just a vibration (that's not a massage)! It's very confusing to turn the buttons on and off (some you hold down, some you push more than once). One time when my grandmother was using the lift feature, she was putting the chair down and it actually slammed down and scared her, as well as hurt her back. It is just so uncomfortable!! For $1500, I could have bought 5 comfy recliners!!!

Unusable
Good quality of construction.
The built-in headrest forced my chin to my chest and the chair had to sit too far from the wall, taking up too much space in the room.

Infinity LC-525 Infinite Position: Review
The multiple positions.
Deeper sitting. A slight raised area on each side of head area. I sleep in the chair and having something to lay head against would be a plus.

Meets my needs well
The chair is both sturdy and comfortable. I definitely wanted more upholstery fabric options and I am happy with the Crypton Super Suede that I chose. I love the infinite positioning.
The optional heat/massage has two weaknesses in my opinion: the massage is louder than I expected since one set of motors is very close to the ears when one is reclining, and it cannot be turned off. It runs in 20 minute cycles. This is not a weakness but an observation. I bought a Large and I am at the shorter end of the height range. I wish I had ordered the neck pillow since my neck doesn't quite reach the built-in head cushion. However, I bought a $5.00 travel pillow that provides sufficient support so I am happy.

Leg weakness due to neuromuscular disease
Great chair, the heat and massage are a plus.
I think this chair is very well built, easy to assemble. Adding the heat and massage is great if you have the extra money.
The only weakness I see and if they had this on the controls I would givin it 5 stars in the features. What I like to see is one more button added to the controls so once the chair is upright you can push and walk away while the chair goes back to the seating position. I myself need help getting out more then sitting down, then you don't need to stand there to lower it before you walk away.
