Initially was too high for this petite woman, but has molded to her well now.

Can only discuss 1/2 of the order as we got the 16"x16" cushion, but not yet the 18"x18". The 16" cushion is used by a 120 lb female in a wheelchair.

The gel is the strength. She needs the gel because of the curvature of the spine. Also maybe the foam structure but I can't be sure since I'm not the one sitting on it.

It is thin and light weight. The price is a fair price, I believe.

When used all day long, this cushion does not help very much. If used for shorter periods, it does okay. It is just very thin.

I have a neuromuscular condition known as Charcot Marie Tooth Disease. I am now in a WC most of the time. I am 65 years old.

Does a great job, and is indispensable for long flights. Real comfortable. Mine is still new, but it appears durable. Worth every penny so far!

Not many... Until you get "seated", the material on the outside kind of causes one to slip around a bit. We are strapped it... but might cause somebody to slip out of his/her chair... check into it.
