Cord needs to be longer on the control. When the feet go up we should be able to keep the back straight also if desired.

It raises him up to the right level of geeting up out of the chair.It has a nice firm back that makes it very comfortable.The material is wonderful.Micro fiber.

We thought the control should be offered to the customer on either the right side or left side at no additional cost. It is on the right side and my husband cant use his right side.
