Needed a wheelchair to utilize in the event a student, employee or visitor needed assistance while on campus.
The legrests are too high and not adjustable.
Quality good.

It's strenghts, light weight, welded construction, few machined parts made of plastic as some chairs have holding them together.
The aforementioned foreward rake of the front side causes a tripping hazard.
