For my 92 year old mother to replace old std chair. She loves the looks and that seat style keeps her from slumping - I love easy transport.
Chair flexes when in it but folds nicely.
The back folding down makes it easy to get into the car and it is also lighter than my previous chair.
The 'nobbly' tires make it harder to push and I don't like the newshape of the hand wheel.Much harder to propel myself in it.

Male, 76 yrs. old. Losing use of legs. Depend on my wife to lift wheelchair in and out of wagon also to push it if distance is not short.
Brings great comfort to my mother-in-law
The ergonomic features of this wheelchair are second-to-none. My mother-in-law is much more comfortable and loves the back support. The thin (but comfy) washable seat cushion is fantastic, and she is much happier not to be up so high. We were worried that she would not be able to self-propel with her feet, but the thin cushion makes the seat-to-floor height perfect for her.
Slight indentations on the armrests seemed to irritate her super-sensitive skin, so we bought covers for them.

This is my first chair, but I have used those at hospitals and doctors offices. There is really no comparison. This Ergo 115 is so much better

I love my new chair!
It is smaller than my previous chairs. Since I am a petite person, this is great. The other chairs looked like they were swallowing me whole. Also, it is great that it breaks down so my girlfriends don't have trouble transporting me. I don't drive.
It would be nice if the fabric were more durable and possibly even leather or a nice quality of vinyl, something easy to clean. Also, the bottom (the seat) needs to be stronger. I only weigh 98 lbs and my bottom makes an indention, so I put a board under the cushion (that gets hard!).

I have Multiple Sclerosis and use my chair all the time. It is great, would only make a couple of small changes.
Lightweight but requires extra effort to move.
I normally am the one that propels this wheelchair (someone is not normally pushing me). I also am the one folding it and tipping it back to slide in between the 1st and 2nd row of my van. The biggest strength therefore is it being lightweight. I also like the fact that the front wheels are set back further than most wheelchairs (therefore not hitting your shins when turning). I believe this chair was designed more with a Caregiver in mind.
This wheelchair is more difficult to propel by yourself than some other wheelchairs. I believe this is due to treads in the wheels (rather than smooth wheels) and the molded forms on the outside wheel you push (interestingly this is supposed to aide in moving the chair.....NOT). Because of this, I have developed blisters on my left hand....but, I will survive)

The chair has exceed our expectations
The chair's light weight and compact size allows my wife to have greater access to many "normal" activities that the pain from the cancer prevented thereby raising her spirits and mood each day.
