Well built. Easy to use.

A little to large for our bathroom. We end up with water on the floor which causes a danger for the patient who falls easily.

I am in my late 50's and have had M.S. since 1990. It helps my wife get me in and out of the shower much easier.

The adjustability of the height, the wide seat, the smooth sliding of the bench-- all are the strengths.

I understand the clip holding the bench must be secure, but it is hard to unclip when person is sitting on the bench. I don't know if you are thinking about a change because I feel the clip is also very secure.

A great device for sliding into a tub. Now, need a way to wrap shower curtain around it so water drains in tub, not on floor.

The safety features: locking seat, seat belt, back rest.

The scale is too big. When the seat is as far into the tub as it can go, it still sticks out over the outside edge of the tub.

My mother age 69 who has arthritis and a recent hip replacement.

The seat slides easily and the bench is high enough that I don't feel like I am "falling" on to it when I sit. Smooth plastic seat...much easier on the "fleshy parts"

The plastic "locking "hook sticks out and can cut the back of the leg when you turn. (I have to sit on it sideways and turn and face forward d/t lay out of bathroom.)

Why not make an easy way to remove the "seat belt"?

End user is my 93 year old Mother. She's got one in AZ and wanted one in WV when she returned to her house for 2+ months.

It is good that it slidesand has a safety belt feature. It was easy to put together.
