64 year old female with back and knee problems
The only concern I have are plastic parts on the backrest.
Much narrower wheelbase for such a tall Rollator. The damage to my original Nova came from my brake cables getting caught on EVERYTHING, as well as not fitting through doorways, and damaging door frames. This smaller width, while still having a wide enough seat was my primary consideration in purchasing this model. Second, the lg soft wheels were important to protect my floors. I'd considered a much less expensive model but it had metal wheels I couldn't see using on wood floors. It is also lighter to put into a car, and the seat height is higher from the ground, fitting my height better and not straining my hip.
The only drawback is the flimsy backrest. I avoid leaning against it.

A life-saver. Able to cook sitting, also able to walk.
Compact and durable.
At times, when walking if I am wearing a long dress or robe, it will fall over the wheel and get caught.

Female, age 70, needs assistance when walking, cannot stand for a long time.
Works very well once set up.
Quality design and appearance.
Too large for my trunk; rear seat entry/exit are difficult. Needs an accessory handle/lift.

This is an exceptional dual purpose product.
It helps me get exercise with a seat available when necessary.
Sometimes the basket gets in the way when folding to store in the trunk of the car.

Mack Heavy Duty: Review
Rated at 400 lbs. Nice wide seat. Able to apply brakes when going downhill. Large wheels allow for ease of operation.
When in the folded position, it is difficult to place in the trunk because the walker will open. Nothing stable to grab onto when trying to move the walker to the backseat or trunk.

I am 80 years old. I have bad knees.
Nice product but overpriced
The product has a strong frame and the basket is a nice addition. We purchased a cup holder which is a good add on. The hand-brakes provide a safety feature on this rollator.
I am not sure that there are any weaknesses on the item itself. I do, however, feel it is overpriced but were convinced by the salesman that it was a worthwhile purchase.
