weight & ease of use
The old wheelchair was easier to lift arm rest. we turned a lever not a push button

Durable, good value.
Pleasant representative to deal with, being a long time wheelchair user but also leading an active life; I needed a reliable backup manual chair. I do recommend the option to upgrade the tires, mostly for a more comfortable ride and winter traction. The chair was assembled-only a minor adjustment was needed.
Color should not cost more.

this is my second chair like this - love it
When I lost my leg in 2007, they put me in a 9000SL which I still use. I bought the recent one to keep in my car. I did not trust the transporter chair I had in the car

rolls ok on hard surface but not on carpet.
Seat comfort, light weight.
Ours was assembled badly. As received, one front wheel was tightened too much and would not roll freely. I loosened it and it works much better. Took a while to figure out this problem which affected use of the chair a lot. We bought this model base on using one in the rehab center but the design has been changed. It has been cheapened up and doesn't work as well as the older one. The design of the brakes and handles is much worse now and it much harder to use.

The wheelchair is great.
The invacare products are very durable and last a long time. I am very pleased with the product and the service from SpinLife. The wheelchair is very strudy.
I have been using another invacare wheelchair for many years but it was just too old. The new one is great but a few things have changed and it is just a matter of getting use to them. But really nothing bad just some little changes.
