Being able to do what I paid for it to do- help my mom out of her chair.

It takes a long time to get her in the position to get out of the chair and she sometimes needs to get out in a hurry. I ordered the heat and massage and the instructions told her to unplug it after every use- she can't get behind the thing every time she uses it to plug it in and unplug it, so she won't use that feature at all. I could have saved $100.

design provides for comfortable positions, easy to change. I need to keep both my head and feet elevated while changing positions frequently. This chair is sturdy.

Needs even better lumbard support.

The upholstery/fiberfill is great, this chair is well stuffed and comfy. The motors are quiet, and move the chair slowly and smoothly from one position to another. The control buttons lightup in different colors for each of the different features, (my chair has heat and massage) and the heat button lights up red when the heat is on. I also like that the heat and massage features turn off automatically after about 15 or 20 minutes so I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn them off before I fall asleep.

I haven't found anything that I would consider a weakness in this product.
