This scooter is great. It's everything I expected.
It's easy to use, comfortable, and easy to set up. there are many adjustments that you can use to set the scooter up for you as an individual.
I really haven't found any weaknesses yet.

62 yrs old, Bad knees can't walk but short distances before sitting down for awhile, weigh about 445 lbs.
Fabulous product - very easy to assemble.
Ease of operation. Everyone who has tried it out has been able to easily operate it. From 92 year old mom to 20 year old neice, all love the scooter. It's a pleasure to operate
Weight - pretty heavy, but it's probably necessary for function.

I am the sister of the user - who is 420 lbs, 6' 5" tall and has bad knees. 60 years old.
Wonderful product.
Ease of use.
My husband made two improvements. The rear basket and cane holder wouldn't work together. He designed them where I can take both with me and made them both quick disconnect. That is the way the design team should have made them.

Bought this scooter to do outside work and long distance runs around my neighborhood. Does what I wanted it to do.
Great product for the disabled who have trouble walking.
The Maxima allows my wife to go to a shopping mall or where ever she wants to go. The Maxima will go all day on a single charge and is user friendly and easy to operate. I also like like the fact that I can break the unit down into several pieces for easy loading into an SUV or van if you do not own a lift.
I have not discovered any weaknesses in this product.
