This is a great and useful item that allows me to stay in...
Ease of use, easy to put together, very sturdy due to additional bars that are not a part of other benches that I researched.
None that I have found.

I am a 78 year old male with a bad hip that makes standing in the shower impossible. This bench now gives me the ability to sit and shower.
It was selected because of the quality
High quality and sturdy.
The instructions were terrible and not complete. They didn't mention at all the two metal supports for the legs. It took several hours to put together and I had to get help.

I would highly recommend this shower chair.
The brackets attached to the legs give very good support to the bench.
Haven't found any weaknesses as yet.

My husband, 65, had a stroke w/right side disability and this bench makes it so much easier to bath him. He loves it, I love it.
Works great
Heavy duty but lightweight. Easy to move in and out of tub.

70 year old female, right leg amputated at the waist.
Great transfer bench
Size of bench is good; fits nicely in tub with minimal space needed outside of tub (great for relatively small bathroom space).
Instructions for assembly can definitely be improved! It took my father and I over 30 minutes to get it right! Ex: there is no mention at all of cross-support bars in the assembly instructions. The first step in the instructions is to put the back support in - and then turn over to assemble legs!

50 year-old male, recent below-knee amputee.
This transfer bench has been a God send.
If it had not been for this bench I would not have been able to take a shower.
Two metal parts came with the bench and there were no instructions on how to use them. The bench wobbled quite a bit until my husband figured out what to do with the two metal bars, now the bench is great.
