Service is excellent. I needed to return the item and those...
For what it is intended to do, it is fine, but make sure you have adequate space (which I didn't)

I need training to use it and cannot find a resource to train my caregivers. I cannot use the product without the training without violating the license.

My father cannot walk or move himself from the lower chest down and this lift is used to lift my 99 year old father from bed to wheel chair
love how easy it is to operate
fits in a small apartment with narrow hall, narrow doorway to bedroom, easy to push, not a lot of buttons or gadgets so easy to operate, love it is manual, no electronic parts to break
need better instructions (good pictures) how to put together. Lucky my dad taught me a lot about how to be handy, but it still took me a few times to figure out. Also need better instruction (with pictures) identifying each of the different component names.

Great on-line sales help. Sales person called back promptly and was very helpful. The product was delivered on time and with little wait. The price was excellent and I would recommend the product and company to anyone.
One nut was not in the parts bag. Did find one to replace it. Was pretty easy to put together.
