some minimal care required to prevent air leaks. Must be adjusted for altitude when flying or driving in mountains.

long term para (45 years) -- Roho cushions are indispensible for preventing decubitus ulcers
She seems very comfortable on it.
The air pillows are better than the gel cushions we've had before. After much use they exploded and we had a mess.
Cost is quite high for product of this sort. Medicare does not cover it so it becomes a hardship to pay for.

One of the better seats out there.
For the last year I have been using a no-name Roho copy. (Ordered via my insurance provider) The quality does not compare to the the Roho. All around much better quality. The rubber is thicker and sealed correctly. It looks like Roho upgraded the covers with a much better fabric. Hands down I will not go away from Roho again. Even if that means I need to purchase without my insurance approval.

A person with a "wound" which hasn't healed.
I can tell that Roho has made some major improvments in the...
So far so good. I hope this cushion will help me to avoid breakdown in the future. It's too soon to tell but I am optimistic. It has not hindered my mobility, comfort or independence in comparison to the foam cushion I had been using for seneral years.
I do worry about the durability as it is air and could potentially pop. Still I can tell it is well made and I think it should hold up to the demands of my lifestyle.
