The quality is superb!
The quality and ease of use is excellent.
The horn needs to be louder and to be able to carry a cane. I feel that the price should include a cane holder of some kind.

My father is the user he is 87 years old and has had two strokes which makes it very difficult for him to walk very well. He just loves his new scoot
I've talked to many people about my scooter, and have met...
4 wheels are the best - I have a 3 wheel and occassionally find myself in a 'tipover' situation - that's why I got a 4 wheel for my dad. Its taken the rigors of airplanes and ships and the trunk of my car and motorhome - absolutely a great product!!
Can't think of a one other than, in the beginning I had some issues with the seat being difficult to take off - took it back to where I purchased and problem solved!! I just can't come up with anything else - great product.

My wife has extreme difficulty walking more than twenty minutes at a time, because of her bad knees. This allows us to travel, go to festivals, fair
It has helped my mom be willing to join the world again.
It is easy to learn how to use. It is light weight, very portable. Plenty of room for my mom's feet on the base, even with her purse between her legs. I love the extra accessories that can be ordered!!!

My mom is 74 years old. She has emphysema(sp?) that had caused her to retreat from life because she had to rest so often to breath.
I am delighted to have mobility.
Ability to fit in the trunk of my car, ease of assembly and easy to use. The length of the battery use is very good.
It has a few creaks and rattles and I always worry that something may be wrong, but it seems to operate perfectly.

I AM 74 YEARS OLD. I HAVE HAD 5 WAY BY-PAST HEART SURGERY.I ALSO HAVE LUNG PROBLEMS. I CANT WALK FAR WITH OUT STOPPING. I USE MY SCOOTER TO GO OUT TO
Light, agile, easy to use good quality scooter
Very agile in corners, as quick as needed and goes a long time without recharging. Easy and safe to get in and out. All parts are good quality. An excellent product that meets my needs and expectations.
The recharging plug in is poorly designed and difficult to access. Requires me to get on my hands and knees to plugin. The Gogo does not do well in grass or the yard. Missing a cane holder option for some reason?

I am 61 years old with limited ability to walk and a history of falling. I need extensive mobility in the yard and home. This is my first scooter.
Good for level use outside of house, but poor for small...
Nothing of note.
Not enough power. Should be able to climb a 14 degree ramp with a 140 lb person.

58 year old female with Multiple Sclerosis - Difficulty walking without cane. Cannot walk any distance.
Not as steady as my old Zoom, but portability more than...
Portability is great! I can go to all the craft shows, museums, events that were otherwise impossible for me. Had a Zoom scooter, but couldn't get it up the ramp into the car. It's quieter than the Zoom - no annoying back-up beep.
It's not as steady as the Zoom; the turning radius is not as tight; it doesn't come to a stop as quickly; the seat is not as comfortable. The portability makes all that unimportant.
