96 year old - living independently - needed small safeguard (getting up) to extend her ability to remain independent.

The ordering process with SpinLife and customer service are superior. The chair arrived in good condition a day earlier than expected. The pillow back cushions are zippered, which allowed us to remove some (actually a lot of!)stuffing to make the chair more comfortable for my mother.

The chair does not fit my mother as well as we hoped. Pride discontinued the Petite model of this chair which was our first choice, so we ordered the Small size. The seat is a little deep and chair height from floor is too tall for a very petite person. I wish we has checked into different manufacturers who still carry Petite.

The color I choose matches my leather furniture almost to a T.It is comfortable,I love the concept ,mechanism of the lift chair!!!

The type of chair I choose is kinda hard feeling, I think it is the vinyle materal,almost wish I had choosen a fabric with a more plush,soft pillowey affect.

Easy to operate and looks nice.

The seat is very hard. After sitting in it for a while you get very sore. I have to use a pillow in the seat to help. Also, it appears there is a seam in the seat of my chair which I'm afraid may rip from getting in and out. I don't think I have ever seen a seam in a chair before and I don't remember seeing one when we were looking at chairs at stores.
