As with most anything- nothing is perfect. Somehow it did not improve the condition of my huaband's bed sores. Would be nice to invent something that would help cure patients who live in their recliners.

The seat cushion sits high which has helped my posture. The bi-lateral air cushions are a very big plus because of my uneven gluteus muscles, the foam design helps align my thighs and body and keeps me perfectly centered in the chair. The air nozzles are easily accessible on both sides in the front of the chair, which makes it easy to add or release air for exact body comfort. I cannot believe how comfortable this cushion is. I am So Happy I purchased this Cushion and I Highly recommend it to anyone with like disabilities. Seriously, could they ever better this one?

The So Called "repair kit" for punctures in the air cushions has not been improved on at all and honestly, I would rather they left it out of the packaging completely instead of insulting my intelligence by including it, expecting it to properly fix any hole that these coushions can accidentally get. Be real!
