Would order again.
This is her 2nd one and fabric on armrests held up well.
First thing to go on this chair were the brakes. We would have to tighten bolts often.

My mom is 84 and has MS. She weighs 110 lbs .
Liked first SX5 o much I purchased it again
My first one purchased 3 years finally wore out after much use and then bought the same model because it held up well.
The arm rests wear out and the covering cracks off fairly rapidly. Replacing them should be easier as it is just screws but find it harder than should be.

I use both bilateral canes and wheelchair to get around at home. I was diagnosed 25 years ago with MS.
It wasn’t the wheelchairs fault.
Looked like a nice chair
Crappy service

You won’t even give me enough word to express My complaint. Sent the wrong chair.. my fault, no exchange, no help with return. Cost 150.00 to return

Great lightweight wheelchair
Light weight, easier to lift than other wheelchairs with same weight capacity.
Wish it had a storage pouch to hold umbrella and poncho on the back of the seat.

Product is light weight and easy to move. The wheelchair folds very well and the foot rests (additional cost) are adjustable. Cleans well also.
Good quality chair.
Quality of construction and material.
Instruction booklet should have listing of what tools needed to adjust height of chair.

I have not yet used the chair as I am being quite careful and have not left my house. I use a power chair in the house, manual chair for outings.
Already used a tracer sx5 for past 5 years.
Maneuverability Comfort
No weaknesses of the actual chair itself

We ordered the Tracer Sx5 wheelchair as my husband had used this model in a care center. This was the second one we ordered as the first was not wide
So glad we found this ar an affordable price.
The lighter weight is a big plus for me, but strong enough for my 200 lb. husband to set in for a few hours if needed.
I had to send the smaller one back, shipping was expensive and had to call about receiving it and my refund. No weakness with the wheelchair so far for us.

I picked out this chair because it was the same one that he used when in a care center, he was comfortable using it. I liked it because of the weight!
