Very sturdy and easy to use
Easy to maneuver and control the speed
Brake is very sensitive to the touch until you get used to it. Takes practice before using in crowded places.

lightweight
There is only 1/2" of ground clearance and it was supposed to be 2.25 ". Very deceiving for off-road use.

I have an amputated right leg and find this scooter is easy to get on and off
Running great for 10 years. A seat with head rest would be...

Allows me to go places I have been avoiding going to because of my COPD. I can finally travel by plane again. I can assemble or disassemble by myself. The charged batteries seem to last a really long time.
When in a crowd I am somewhat nervous because when sitting on it I am at elbow level. Could easily get elbowed in the head. However, this is not related to the function of the scooter.

73 y/o female with advanced COPD. Unable to walk any significant distance without becoming short of breath.
Excellent
The 4 wheels are better than the 3 wheel . She has a go-go in a 3 wheel and she has tipped it once and almost a few other times!
It would be nice if there were different lengths for taller or shorter people. I know the seat adjusts but more length would be easier for some

The scooter to keep active and mobile.. It helps his life.
The scooter keeps him going and helps keep from him from being isolated.
I don't see any weakness in using the scooter. The scooter is a God Send.

My husband of 67 years can't walk so he uses the scooter to gat around. This is his second scooter from you. He loves his scooters. It keeps him mobl.
You get what you pay for.
Reliability, ease of assembly.
Lack of ability to lubricate wheels/axles. The last scooter's bearings failed. Lack of lights when riding in low visibility/dark.
