With the smooth service my hands slip and it is hard to turn

Again the wheel is a smooth looks to be a chrome finish. I think I will need to either wear gloves or put some kind of tape on it so my hands can grip.

Having Breezy Ultra 4 is like riding on a cloud!
I love how much lighter and easier it is to lift and store. It's sturdy and a breeze to maneuver. The price was great for such a quality product!

Be aware, the footloops are velcro and tend to let go!!! I...
The customer service is very good, I needed the footrests replaced and they set it up quickly and made it easy for me.
Who ever decided to use velcro instead of machine-sewn footrest loops doesn't use a wheelchair. The velcro let go the first week and my foot got caught in the front wheel! otherwise the chair is okay.
