Head cover was not attached and was smaller than expected.
Size does allow hoist to go around it.
He has trouble keeping hand control where he can get it.

What a great chair – I fell asleep and slept all night in my comfortable chair. It’s a godsend.
SO FAR, It has been great.
I don't have to put a pillow behind my back. Seems to be well built. The height of the arms is perfect. Sure glad you sent me that catalog.
I have not found any YET. Ask me again in a couple of years if I don't call you first.

I am not happy with the chair. My first online purchase was good. This is a failure. Sorry.
the chair is uncomfortable. I am constantly moving my backside around so I can sit up straight . It feels as though the bottom cushion is too high towards the back of the chair. when I reclined three quarters the back of the chair leans slightly and my feet do not rise high enough for my comfort

Have MS and makes my life easier!! Have had a Pride lift chair for 7 years, not only a chair, used it to sleep in, and finally began to show wear.
