It is just what we expected
The stability and height are a great design. Even without using the lift feature if has helped us tremendously.
I like the stability of the chair but if there was an adjusment to make it rock that would be nice. My father ends up slouched down in chair when he tries to reposition himself and if the chair had movement this may eliminate the problem. I realize it is the design and at the same time we like the stability.

The user is my father at a nursing facility. He has not used the chair long enough to give an accurate opinion of the product (Pride Casual Line; C-20, 2 Position Lift Chair). However, one complaint so far: The switch on the hand control that changes the setting from lift chair to recliner chair broke off during the first five minutes of chair use (a weak plastic prong broke).

I bought this chair for my 78 year old father who has peripheral neuropathy and must use a walker or wheel chair.
Excellent service and a quality product.
Solid chair for the money and has an excellent warranty.
Upholstery could be of higher quality...softer.

I am the user of the chair and I am very satisfied with the product.
Heavy duty chair, very durable, stands the user right up.
This chair has a very powerful and smooth functioning motor, and a very durable covering. Should last a long time through heavy use.
The seat is somewhat narrower than non-motorized loungers, and does not fully recline, so it does not allow the user as much freedom to shift position as a wider chair would, and is not as comfortable for napping as a chair that fully reclines. I wish the product descriptions had included angle of recline.
