My husband, Robert, likes this product as the gel and air cushions are just not sutiable for him. He is a double amputee so he is in the wheelchair all the time and finds this basic cushion is perfect for him.

Somewhat durable, relatively ease to clean, somewhat cumbersome to separate and reinstall seat cover from foam.
For an MS person cushion does not stay in place when performing a lateral transfer from a commode to wheelchair. Velcro areas insufficient to keep cushion immobile. Additional velcro strips added to cushion and wheelchair to enhance stability.

Very good product; remind consummers does not help...
Good cushioning; washable cover; with two covers, one can be in-use, one can be in the wash [this is good to mention with all cushions with removeable covers].
Does not help with stability [not really the fault of the product, but could be mentioned in the description].
