Sturdy arms, selectable positions, and all-around quality.

No weaknesses noticeable at present, though the upholstery material may begin to wear over time...

I LIKE THE SMOOTH, QUIET OPERATION OF THE CHAIR, AND I FEEL THAT IT IS STURDILY BUILT.

THE PHYSICAL FEATURES AND STRUCTURE IS EXCELLENT. MY PROBLEM IS THAT IF THE PHONE IS NOT HANDY WHEN I AM IN THE RECLINING MODE, I CAN NOT GET TO THE PHONE IN TIME.
