Arms I wish were a bit wider and had more padding. For myself the stitching about 12" down from top of the back hits me in the wrong place. I'll get used to it I hope. I've only had it one week.

Arm coverings that come off. They seem to not stay in their place, always having to put them back on.

My husband, William, needed an extra large chair recliner.

The Comforter PR-501 is well built, heavy duty, very quite, smooth in movement and it looks good in our family room. Most of all it is very comfortable in every position. It arrived just in time for my wife's knee replacement. The wife and dog enjoying it.

So far, The only thing I didn't like about the PR-501 is I don't get to use it very much. I may have to get one of my own.

It is roomy and comfortable and enables me to stand up so much easier.

I would have enjoyed raising my feet and legs with the chair in the upright position so I could read more easily.

Very uncomfortable, arm rests not very wide, chair hard not fluffy at all.
