It's as light as possible and a good value for the cost.
I feel that this chair is as good as a portable chair can be - easy to assemble and as light as is probably possible. I think it's a good value for the cost.
The footplate is not long enough for me to sit comfortably. My knees need to be overly bent to keep me feet on it. I also wish the seat was deeper. Between those two elements, I don't feel completely stable on the chair.

Compactness Turn around in small area
Joystick too sensitive- too hard to drive in a straight line, even harder to back up in a straight line

Love it I can go anywhere now
Mobility! Can go anywhere, perfect for high traffic places not so big people have to move for me, really quick to assemble, my daughter has it put together before I even get out of car, we leave the wheels on its about 50# without taking them off, that is the heaviest part. Great product. Well worth the money, I went into a place, it had snowed, my chair went right through it didn't get stuck at all
Haven't found any.

Nice compact design
Nice compact chair that's really lightweight-good alternative to some of the "tanks" on the market. Great for indoor and controlled outdoor environments- not so good off road in grass. Good speed and easy to steer on smooth. Really tall chair height makes easy to stand (just be aware/careful when driving-center of gravity is different). Fits in my small SUV cargo with the back seat up!
The anti-tip wheels limit the height of what it can roll over- it'll hang up on big inclines or cracks. I'd love to see this with lithium ion batteries to make it even lighter. Seat upholstery not the highest quality-but is easy to replace.

Chair provides my mother with the independence she craved.
Easy handling.
No/ little room to store groceries/ personal items. No seat belt and the user are afraid she will fall out of the chair during normal traveling speed. The chair could use a seat belt.

I had a Pace Saver "Passport" and it got too heavy for me. At this time I have not been able to use it other than around the house.
This is the coolest little power chair going.
It is not as wide as a wheelchair and so can negotiate into areas a wheelchair can't go. It breaks down so that I can stow it in the back of our small car (HHR). We can go out and about without needing the big van or SUV to haul it.
The arm rests need improvement. Like most people who need this kind of chair, my husband must push down on the rests to get out of the chair. We have had the chair less than three months and already the metal core of the chair has torn through the top of the plastic arm rest. A better rest would be solid hard plastic arms with velcro-secured sheepskin pads for comfort.
