the user is 86 and has spinal stinosis and shoulder pain.
Comfortable when leaned back, but the seat is a bit hard.
The chair was very helpful during the short time that Dad was able to use it to help him into a nearly standing position. Mom was unable to pull him into a standing position otherwise.
When used by someone other than Dad, it is slow to go from a reclined position to a position where the person can get out of the chair to go answer the phone for example.

Unfortunately my father who had Alzheimers only used his chair about three times before he became bedridden and passed away. My mother's using it.

Comfortable, affordable, easy to use.
I like the simple two-button control. Up and Down. When someone has trouble with remembering what button does what, having only two buttons helps the person out.
This statement isn't about the product itself, it's about the delivery of the product. The delivery people should actually bring the product into the house and then set it up. Not all seniors have people to help them like John does. Our seniors deserve a little better delivery. When you order a fridge or a stove, the delivery people come in and set it up, so why not a chair? The chairs are too heavy to set up and position in the room for most seniors.

John loves the chair. It is comfortable without being too bulky. It has helped him stand up and make it to the bathroom which means less mess for me!
Product is awesome...white glove delivery was extremely poor
