I have to sleep in my chair and am very heavy person. Have looked a long time to find a chair that was built sturdy enough to hold me.
perfect for older or handycap
Can't answer until l put more milage on it.
The pocket that holds the remote control is going to wearout quickly. There should have been giving more thought to the amount of useage this is being used.l would think that something thats being used so much should have a holder made of plastic and not alarge pocket thats being used for many other things.

Very convenient and helpful.
It definately helps with getting my son up on his feet, he is @ 280 lbs and would need help being pulled up on his feet with his regular recliner. With this one we just push the remote and he is basically on his feet.
I don't have any at this time.

He is my 60 year old son who was born blind and has down syndrome.
Very easy to use.
The motor makes it easy to change position.
The back goes down as the ottoman comes up. It seems difficult to have the feet up and the back up at the same time.

Bad legs and knees, it was hard to get out of a normal chair.
need this same chair to fit the shorter patient
it is very quiet. the fabric covers the seat to the foot rest entirely. the seat width. it is very strudy.
the buttons for heat and vibrations move if slightly bumped. it is too high and deep for the short person. the mid back of the chair does not have enough padding. end up with a sore neck. you offer no chairs for ppl 5 ft to 5'5" that go to 500#. the head rest cover is a bit too short.

weight capacity
head pillow and lumber pillow minimal use. they seem to be to big. after reclining to the desired position, chair will slip back more than desired requiring to hit the up button to lock in.
