Large, comfortable, well-padded seat, enough of a back plus arm rests to make patient feel stable, nice wide opening in middle of chair, very easy to move chair.

At 5'4" patient's feet do not reach the footrest. Footrest is not height-adjustable.

I am alone most of the time. It is very difficult to reach...

2.5 / 5
Strengths:

It is well made.

Weaknesses:

The main wheels should be at least a radius of 3" more so an unassisted user could manouver more easily. It would also be good if the height were somewhat adjustable.

Bariatric Rehab Shower Commode Chair: Review

3.3 / 5
Strengths:

Ease fo rpatient

Weaknesses:

I ordered the shower commode wheelchair with a padded seat, thinking it would be more comfortable for an overweight patient but was not told this was a solid seat and therefore would only serve as a shower chair and not a commode. I shipped it overseas and when I received it saw the solid padded seat.

It needs brakes on the front wheels.

3.8 / 5
Strengths:

The size is good, the tub under is also good because it is low for the person on the chair.

Weaknesses:

It needs brakes on the front so it will not slide.
