Chair has been an excellent replacement from previous chair
Wall hugging and space saving; especially due to nursing home he is in is smaller than previous assisted living space
None, only issue I had was the service provider who was supposed to provide the $200 "White Glove" service. I didn't receive this service and had to push back to get the refund/credit of the $200. that wasn't performed. Thanks to customer service for this credit/refund for the service was provided.

Not what I expected
OK but not for watching TV
Too overstuffed.Legs do not go up high enough. Lower back cushion too big which makes it hard to sit up straight.I like my PRIDE all position Lift Chair better but not for TV.

Chair is a bit too big for me but I can use cushions.
Ease of using. Love the wall hugging feature.
Don't know yet. Only had it a short while.

Age 85; Neuropathy which makes walking painful; Difficulty getting up and down.
Looks nice and fits a small space
The electronic lift feature
Can't raise legs manually which causes confusion at times. One button operation not up and down to stand so counter intuitive.
seymour g. from silver spring, md
A little confusing that the chair does not recline except electronically. The heat and massage option does not work very well.Doesn't get very warm.
Easy to install and setup

Specialty Wall Hugger LC-835 2-Position (LC-805*): Review
the comfort and helping the cargiver help the person to stand, you are not pulling on them b/c at that age there bones are very delicate. If you have a love one that sits all day in an assist living home, these chairs work wonderful, their comfort is the most important and that makes them happy.
nothing so far

Stroke survivor.
The chair is very comfortable.
The comfort and the fact that the chair can be set close to the wall (wall hugger). It is also light and easy to move.
I cannot think of any weaknesses.
