The cushion I received doesn't hold air. It may be defective. I don't recommend the low profile if you have skin breakdown issues.

Softer seating that can be adjusted by adding air as needed.
Eventually gets small slits in the material which must be repaired. The length of time for this to happen depends on the activity level of the user. This is a known occurrence because repair material and instructions are included in the purchase.

Allows the support to shift as the person shifts. Keeps pressure off.
The nozzle to inflate the cushion could be more secure. You turn it to open and close. Seems to be a weak area.
