It works as advertised. I am very happy with it.
Seems to hold the charge very well. Comfortable and easy to operate.
I haven't found any so far. I wish it was just a couple of inches shorter in length to fit into elevators easier.

Best for getting around inside and out. I have 2 of them...
I use the ex out and about for work. HD inside the house for maneuvering in tight quarters. We always joke I should be golden spoke person because I’ve put these scooters through hell. All minor fixes then back moving around. The EX lasted 6.5 yrs only needing new tires and batteries before it just went so I got the exact one again. The HD is 5 years old and still going no repairs yet… definitely recommend these scooters
Could use a usb port at no extra charge.. the material to install one isn’t that mucH

Well built. Good seat. Easy to drive.
We bought ramps to drive the scooter up into our SUV. Found it is not powerful enough to get up the ramps and too heavy to push up so we have been unable to use the scooter.

I am a 73 yr. old male with limited mobility.
This is the best model I have used, and I have used several.
Undercarriage clearance. 3 Wheels lets me use it in tight spaces in shops and stores.
This is the 3rd Golden Scooter I have had. They all have needed repair and all have left me stranded at least once. None of them lasts too long in San Francisco, it seems. I wish they were more dependable and reliable.
