Strengths:
The "neck" is long enough to position person on toilet or bed. Love the scales.
Weaknesses:
Do not know when battery is too low to work, need to offer another battery as a spare

User Details:
My husband can not stand or walk, so the lift works great. Only problem is trying to push the lift forward, it goes to one side and hard to steer.
