We have had it for over a month, and have found no weaknesses.

My 85 yr old mother is completely wheel chair bound. With in the last year, transferring has gotten harder & harder.

This product is easily installed (takes 2 people) and compact so it does not take up too much space in a smaller room.

The lift could go a little faster, possibly have a speed control setting.
