basically handicapped with great difficulty in walking I am 71 years old I am able to get around with the help of cane. I do not own a vehicle.

Easy to operate.

Can't be put in the car without a lift.

My husband is disabled and has difficulty walking, so the scooter is a big help in getting around the yard.

Compact size. good speed when necessary.

Battery system. When turned off for length of time, scooter will not run. It beeps upon turning on key. Then beeps red and flashes slow one at time. No instructions in trouble shooting, no help, from tech support. Hard to get them, pass buck to another company, can't get anyone on phone. Want me to use computer, computer no help.

I had to call the service dept. in the 1st week to tighten the shocks as it left the factory squeezing very hard!
