Medicare will only provide coverage on this item on a rental basis for up to 13 months of usage, at which point you then own the item. During this 13 month period, you will pay a 20% co-pay on a monthly basis. Because SpinLife only sells new equipment and does not provide rentals, we cannot bill Medicare for this item.
