SpinLife.com is happy to accept international orders. We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to provide our international customers with a more cost-effective method of shipping products outside of the U.S.

What is Bongo International?
Bongo International provides customers with a U.S. address (not a P.O. Box). This address is used as the shipping address to complete a purchase with SpinLife. (You can also use this address with other U.S.-based retailers!) SpinLife ships items directly to this domestic address. Upon receiving your items, Bongo International handles the coodination of the international shipment. You pay Bongo directly for your shipping charges.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Shop for your items on SpinLife. Items that are eligible for International shipping will display this icon:

2. Get an instant shipping estimate for the product by selecting your country from the drop down box in the International shipping area on the product page. (You can also add the item to your shopping cart and select your country from the drop-down in the Shipping Options area on the bottom of the page for an instant estimate.) The estimate provided on the product page is for the main product only. If you add accessories and/or additional options, the estimate may change. You will see the total estimate on the shoppin cart page.

3. On the shopping cart, check the Use Bongo International Shipping box in the Shipping Options area and click the Global Checkout button.

4. If you are not a current Bongo International customer, you will need to create a Bongo account before continuing with the checkout process. Don't worry, the registration process is simple (you simply need to provide your billing and shipping information and a credit card) and you don't need to leave SpinLife.com to do it! 

5. After creating your account, Bongo will provide your new U.S. mailing address. Please write this address down to use it as you complete your SpinLife order. (It will also be emailed to you for your records.)

6. If you are a new SpinLife customer, simply provide your address information using your international address as your Billing address and your new U.S. Bongo address as your Shipping address. If you are an existing SpinLife cusomer, you may log in as normal, remembering to update your address information by clicking "edit" on the Shipping & Billing page.

7. Continue checkout being sure to use the credit card that is on file with Bongo as the payment method.

8. Submit your order.

9. IMPORTANT: Your order will be placed on hold until your Bongo International account is activated. If you are a new Bongo International customer, instructions for account activation will be sent to you via email from Bongo. Once your Bongo account activation is complete, SpinLife will release your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from SpinLife when your items have been shipped to your domestic Bongo address.

10. Once your item has shipped from the manuacturer, Bongo takes over. If you have questions about the final delivery of your items or the international shipping rates, you should communicate directly with Bongo via Online Chat or Email.

Please note that the Bongo shipping quote provided on SpinLife may not be the final shipping cost from Bongo International and does not include any duties or taxes.
