The Details
With SpinLife, just give us a call. Our goal is to make sure your product is working as it should be as quickly as possible. We’ll work with you to solve the problem over the phone or through email communication. Sometimes, issues can be resolved simply over the phone. For issues that require new parts, we’ll quickly send the necessary items at no charge. 

If the problem can not be resolved by our expert's advice or with new replacement parts, we’ll arrange for a qualified technician to visit your home within 72 hours to diagnose and repair your product. For most standard product repairs that include parts under warranty there will be absolutely no labor charge. For most products, you can count on 100% coverage for labor and parts for the first year.

Extra Protection
Want worry-free maintenance for even longer? Just choose the extended service contracts during the checkout process and extend this great in-home service program for a total of 2 or 3 years.  No special paperwork is every necessary.  Our records will always reflect your purchase of a product with In-Home Service, and a simple call to SpinLife is all you need to active the service.
