The Q-Grip is great for anyone with limited hand function and it fits on wheels from 22" to 26" with 6-point tab mount wheels. It is a highly durable coated handrim that has maximum control when braking.

The Natural-Fit - Super Grip

The Natural-Fit is a uniquely designed wheelchair handrim that maximizes the fit between the user’s hand and the rim. The Natural-Fit comes in two pieces: The contoured thumb area and the oval component. The Super Grip uses an advanced copolymer coating on the grip that provides a higher friction surface on the thumb piece for a grippier propulsion surface.

The Natural-Fit LT - Standard Grip

The Natural-Fit LT offers a smaller gripping surface and a lighter weight at only 1.2 lbs. each handrim. The LT is best for those with smaller hands due to the smaller gripping surface.

The Natural-Fit LT - Without Thumb Grip

Although there may be some sacrifice in the overall ergonomic grip, omitting the thumb piece allows you to mount the handrim in either the short or long tab position.

The Surge LT

The Surge Handrim from Out-Front is an all-in-one oval with gription strip. The LT smaller profile weighs 1.05 pounds and has a 1 1/8" long oval. The Surge also has a smooth side surface for no-burn braking. The Surge will not add any width to your chair and it is recommended for a person with good hand function.
