16" x 16" Frame, Flip-Back Desk Length Arms

To find your Seat Width: While seated, measure the distance from the outside of each hip or if your thighs are wider measure at that widest point.  Use that measurement and add an additional 1/2"-1". This will allow for space on either side of the hip.  Remember you don't want your hips to make contact with the side of the chair as it could cause sores but your seat width greatly affects the overall width of the chair. 

The widest part of the user's hips or thighs should have a measurement that is less than 16".

To find your Seat Depth:
 You will need to measure the length of your thighs plus the length of your bottom.
