Adjustable Beds - Adjustable beds use a special mattress and a frame with an electric motor to allow you to adjust the angles of the upper, middle, and lower parts of the bed. This allows you to customize the bed to fit you exactly the way you need to provide the best night of rest imaginable.

Hi-Lo Beds - Hi-Lo beds are similar to Adjustable beds; the only difference is that you can adjust the height of the entire bed. This is ideal for any individual that requires a patient lift to transfer in an out of bed because it allows the legs of the patient lift to fit completely under the bed. This provides complete access for the caregiver, and makes the transfer much safer.

Pillows - Pillows are a great addition to any sleep system. Memory Foam pillows and Cervical pillows provide outstanding support for the neck and head and help with correct alignment of the spine.

Can you bill Medicare for me?
No, adjustable beds and accessories such as pillows are not covered by Medicare. 

Will I be charged sales tax?

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard ground shipping is FREE for all adjustable and hi-low beds. (Orders over $50 always ship for free everyday at SpinLife.)

What if something goes wrong with my adjustable bed?
SpinLife is here to support you throughout the time that you own your adjustable bed or accessories.  All adjustable and hi-low beds include an in-home service contract and warranty for parts and workmanship.  Give us a call here at SpinLife with any troubles and we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve them.

What if I want to return my adjustable bed?
SpinLife wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If it arrives and it is not what you thought or does not meet your needs you are able to return it as long as it is in new condition and original packaging.  As you might expect, custom manufactured beds are non-returnable.  We will alert you to this at the time you place your order.  Other than those rare instances when an adjustable or hi-low bed is considered "custom", we require that you pay freight to return the bed and a 15% re-stocking fee.  If you did not receive what you ordered or it was damaged, we will arrange for pick-up of the bed and provide you with the bed that you ordered.
