Can you bill Medicare for me?
Yes, SpinLife can file the paperwork with Medicare. First, you complete the purchase with SpinLife and pay by check or credit card. Then you send your prescription for the item and other applicable paperwork to our Medicare specialist. We then file the claim with Medicare. Medicare will reimburse you directly if you qualify. Will Medicare pay for my bath safety item?
Unfortunately Medicare does NOT pay for most bath safety items. The exception to this can be for the purchase of a Rehab Shower Commode Chair with a qualifying diagnosis or a bedside commode if the paient is unable to access their bathroom.

Yes, if your order is over $50 it will ship for free. (Orders over $50 always ship for free everyday at SpinLife.)
What if something goes wrong with my purchase?
SpinLife is here to support you throughout the life of your purchase. We honor all manufacturers warranties. If you run into trouble, give us a call and we will get it taken care of.
What if I want to return my purchase?
For hygienic reasons and health codes all bath safety items are non-returnable. The only exception to this is rehab shower commode chairs which are eligible to be returned with a 15% restocking fee and return freight being paid by the customer. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
