The SC500-AF Folding Scooter and Power Chair Carrier provides the user with a lightweight lift system for their vehicle and a large platform area that accommodates most scooters and power wheelchairs. Manually load your mobility vehicle using the almost 5' long folding ramp that, when not in use, can be secured within the platfom to benefit your field of vision through the rear window. With the ability to carry 500 pounds, the lightweight materials also provide you with greater maneuverability when transporting larger, heavy-duty scooters and chairs.

What Makes This Different
The platform, ramp and rails are made from a heavy duty aluminum material, reducing the weight of the carrier to only 81 pounds. The underside supports are made from reinforced, powder-coated steel which provides the stability to support up to 500 pounds. Combined, the SC500-AF is rugged and durable without the addition of too much excess weight to your vehicle. 

Why We Like It
The ramp for the SC500-AF folds into three different positions. When down for loading and unloading, the ramp is almost 5' long. For transport, the ramp folds to a secure, upright position. For storage, the ramp can be laid flat onto the carrier.

What You Need To Know
The SC500-AF includes an anti-tilt bracket to help reduce the carrier vibration and wobble. Also included is a 5/8" hitch pin.
