Strengths: I hope, comfort. My daughter, a Phys. Therapist, recommended it to avoid developing sores. The sores have appeared, but on the back of her derriere, above the cushion.

Weaknesses: If my daughter hadn't told me how to adjust the air pressure, by sliding my hand under her "sit bone" and letting air out until I could just move my finger tips, I would have left her sitting on an over inflated bubble. Cushion is very Comfortable
Reviewer: Estrella V. from Indianapolis, IN
End User Desc: Use a wheelchair 100% of the time. I have MS and am a quadraplegic.

Strengths: The mosaic cusion allows for even distribution of weight and does not allow me to sink into my chair. It prevents sore spots and the discomfort I've had with a variety of other cusions.

Weaknesses: I've not discovered any weaknesses yet.

Too small, to say the least.
Reviewer: Dr. Aaron L. from Elliottsburg, PA
End User Desc:

Strengths: It is a Roho cushion and it would well suit a meager sized wheel chair. The Roho Mosaic Air, Air Wheelchair Cushion is filled with air and that is a great feature!

Weaknesses: The Roho Mosaic Air, Air Wheelchair Cushion is too thin, it is far too small, and its not anywhere near as good as cushions that I bought in the past with the same brand name. With only 16" x 18" and 16" x 16" sized cushions available, neither fits my wheel chair. Unfortunately, I should be able to expect many more future pressure sores on the account of this unusually thin cushion.

Reviewer: Bruce L. from Concord, CA
End User Desc: age 66, above the knee amputee, retired. confined to a wheelchair since Feb 8 2007.

Weaknesses: this product is not as comfortable as the unit purchased from ROHO in Feb '07 (pale green with larger squares). Older product was a smaller version of the mattress used for my 8 week hospital stay.

Comfortable , but takes some time to break it in.

Strengths: It is surprisingly durable. I tranfer on and off of it with a transfer board and it withstands the punishment.

Weaknesses: It has to be positioned in the wheelchair precisely in the middle or it has a tendency to cut off you circulation in the back of the legs.

A great light-weightr cushion, when it stays infaletd
Reviewer: Charles L. from Philadelphia, PA
End User Desc: I am a T-4 paraplegic, using a non-electric wheelchair to get around.

Strengths: easse of inflation and use, particularly if you make multiple transfers (chair-car--bed) per day. Cleans easily.

Weaknesses: After a month of use, it began slowly deflating. I pump it up fully, and in about an hour of sitting on it, it is flat again, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on and triggers leg spasms. Do they make a fix-a-flat (can air with sealant) for inflatable cushions? I hope so!

Reviewer: Beatrice Z. from Wauwatosa, WI
End User Desc: I am an 84 year old woman confined to a wheelchair with no use of my legs due to Parkinsons Disease. WC bound for 3 years.

Strengths: This is my second Roho Mosaic, the first developed a leak and had to be replaced. This one has been improved over the previous cushion with relocation of the filler valve and removing it to the rear of the cushion making it more comfortable.

Weaknesses: I would like to suggest that the cushion be offered with two covers so that it may be continually used when a cover is being laundered. I really do not consider this a weakness.
