Strengths: The stability of the product. The key access is great not just a stub to stick in a hole. So it limits access unless you have a key. The fast process in getting the product to us was great.
Weaknesses: The scooter is mainly personally for a older person, not a young person. Maybe they need to make it more appealing to the younger people who have mobility problems but don't want to use a wheel chair and really don'twant a scoote but have to have help mobility wise.

Strengths: This Scooter is well made using top quality material and should last many years. Easy to transport. No need to buy an extra carrier and I am very pleased with my purchase. It moves around very well in stores and in the home.
Weaknesses: I could not find any weakness with my Scooter. Takes Hills very well and is a life saver for me. They were also nice people to do business with and that is hard to find in todays market.

Strengths: has four wheels, seat turns around freely, best thing it comes apart easily for transport, and easy reassembly.
Weaknesses: First chair received was broken and it was very difficult to get sevice for repairs, took over three weeks and many phone calls to get it replaced. The Spin life supervisor we dealt with was very nice and took care of the problem. It should not have taken that long to get this problem fixed, and was very frustating, as J. needed this chair very much as he was having lots of trouble getting around. We would recomend this site to others, but hope sincerely that you expedite the repair and exchange process. Thank you. Mary B. Gleason

Strengths: Easy to take apart for travel. Stable on the rough ground Dad encounters in his newly developed retirement center and our farm. Excellent manuverability. Seat is comfortable. And great looking - he is as proud of it as a new car!
Weaknesses: I can't honestly come up with any. With the scooter, he gets himself out in the neighborhood every day the weather is good. And we've taken him to more events and to visit more people and places. After so many years of seeing my dad's mobility decrease, it is wonderful to see it increase.

Strengths: The appearance, controls and size are the strengths of this product. I haven't used it a lot yet because of the winter weather, so I don't know how efficent the batteries will be.
Weaknesses: One weakness of this product is the weight of the largest piece. If it weren't for that, it would be possible to put the scooter in the back of my vehicle without any help from others.
