Strengths: Stengths are good battery life; comfortable seat and very lightweight. It can fit into a trunk and is not hard to lift. I use it to move around my house a lot since it can get into narrow and tight spaces.
Weaknesses: The main weaknesses are two. First, it can tip over easily if you are not careful. Simply reaching down for something on the ground can de-stablize it if you don't have at least one foot planted on the ground. Second, the tiller is not easily adjustable.

Strengths: Durability you'd expecct from a Pride. Good features which include the ability to take apart easily and quickly, good power considering the size of the battery, features including a cupholder, scooter cover, nimble response to acceleration and braking.
Weaknesses: Cupholder design should be placed not on arm but on handle so it would not come off when taking scooter apart. Turning circle is too big for a small scooter. I recommend adding handle brakes on top of the current system to add to braking power and emergency braking needs. Seat is too tight and difficult to take apart from scooter. Base part is too heavy after taking apart. Difficult to lock formly and securely steering column when unfolding unit. Basket is too narrow making it hardly useful. Should at least be large enough to accommodate a plastic bag placed vertically into it or a size of a piece of paper or folder placed straight in i.e 8.5 inches wide or more all the way down the basket without any taering effect at the bottomor large enough to accomodate milk cartons of the gallon size.

End User Desc: I purchased this travel scooter for my 89 year old mother who has problems with walking. She would use a cane, but would not attend very many events.
Strengths: The compactness and size of the travel scooter that enables my mother to use it in her retirement center and to keep it in her apartment when not in use. Once she gets it going in the direction she wants to go, it is very easy for her to drive and steer. She is quite proud of it and loves to show it off.
Weaknesses: I just spent 5 days with my mother at her home in a retirement center in South Dakota. She just loves it. The only problem I noticed is that she has problems remembering which hand to use to engage forward or the reverse gears. So she tries one or the other until she gets the gear she wants. She also has trouble finding the gear lever and she gets confused and fustrated with all of it. I don't know what to do. My brothers & I kept telling her Right is forward and Left is reverse. I am sure with more practice and time she will become familar with the gear levers.

Strengths: It is light, easily lifted, turns on a dime, small enough to get in anywhere. The Pride line of scooters are excellent- I have the Revo but got the Go-Go to put on scooter lift on sedan b/c Revo is too heavy for Taurus.
Weaknesses: Go-Go is small & not as comfortable as larger scooter-- harder on bumps, grass, potholes, etc. Larger scooters more comfortable, less jarring, but pricier & heavier. Go-Go needs headlight, too, for nighttime use.

Strengths: Easy to use, easy to put together. I have a mini van and it easily fits in the back. Recently went to disney and apart takes up no more room than a large suitcase. Went thru the airport with ease and onto the plane with no problem. We just took it to the zoo, she would never have been able to go without it! We use it in the grocery store and mall. Otherwise I would be pushing a wheelchair and chasing a 2 and 4 year old!

Strengths: I especially like that I can take the scooter apart with relative ease and load it myself into the car (without help). It gives me my independence back. At the same time it feels sturdy and secure. The add-on rear basket is easy to take on and off as are the chair arms. I can use the more compact version around the house then add the arms, rear basket and flag when I go shopping. The scooter cover is great, both indoors and out.
Weaknesses: Separating and reattaching the chassie is not quite as easy as it looks. It requires lining it up just right. Separating it is especially tricky. The front basket is cheap and easily bent out of shape (it arrived battered) and it is difficult to attach to the steering post. Other accessories which I would like, especially the see through Tiller Cover, do not seem to be readily available. Strengths: Ease-of-use would be the greatest strength of the GO-Go. It fits in tight places like elevators, crowds in stores, and clothes racks. The swinging seat is really nice and gives ease of getting close to whatever when you need to. There is just enough room to put my large oxygen tank with it's cart on the floor between my legs with my feet resting on the cart's wheels. It sure is peppy and I feel safe and secure on it. It's going to be great for me to use going to the grandchildren's soccer and baseball games.
Weaknesses: It would be better to have a larger and more stable basket in the front, although I was able to get $104.00 worth of merchandise in it at Walmart, 5 items were clothes. For larger boxed items I have to use the store's electric carts.

Strengths: The seat is very comfortable for a travel scooter and it is very easy to maneuver through stores. It is light weight and easy for my wife to load and unload from the trunk of the vehicle. I charge the battery every night while I sleep and it is raring to go when I awake.
Weaknesses: Designers, please consider moving the battery charger plug to a more user friendly position on the scooter. Put the plug up on the tiller. As it is now, under the seat on the battery box, one has to stand on their head fumbling around trying to plug the charger in. My wife is of good health and she even has trouble. I recommend the manufacture consider redesigning the floor board of the scooter. There is not enough room to easily slide your feet between the battery case and front wheel. I have difficulty getting my feet from one side to the other side of the scooter.

I would have no problem paying another $50.00 for it as an option, but it isn't even available!?!? 3. 4.5 mph would have been perfect; bump it up guys and charge another $50.00 :-) Overall, I really like your product but like to change to LOVE if you improve these three areas ;-) Thanks.

Strengths: Size: small enough to maneuver around in tight spots. It "Zips" quickly enough to make it safe to cross traffic in a parking lot without getting "runned" over! All things considered, this product is perfect for anyone who doesn't plan to go "Baja~ing" with it. I love it.
Weaknesses: It is just a "chooch tippy" if the turn radius is tight and the speed a little too fast. The horn could be better. Since it is so fast, "popping out" from between clothing racks at WalMart has brought about some "interesting" comments from other shoppers. I haven't had it long, but so far these are the only drawbacks I can attest to. By all means, let people know that it is NOT COVERED BY MEDICARE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. End User Desc: My husband is afflicted with MS. His symptoms are vastly different from other sufferers. His problems occur at random.
Strengths: The most important thing to my husband is the ease of getting into and out of the swivel chair.
Weaknesses: Once again it would be the difference of stability of a 3 wheeler as opposed to a 4 wheeler. I do believe it would benefit others who may overlook the same issue.

Strengths: Lightweight, easy to drive, reasonable in price and just plain fun when you can no longer enjoy walking.
Weaknesses: My husband has trouble hearing high pitches, so he thinks the horn doesn't work. He attached a real "honker" that he can hear well. He also installed a headlight and tail light for safety.

Weaknesses: The seat was manufactured for people with no problems in the coccyx. It would be very easy for them to give the purchase option of regular cushion, or coccyx cushion.

Strengths: The size, the easy breakdown and re assembly. Quality product.
Weaknesses: The scooter does not come with options that are available on other Pride scooters. Pride does not make any considerations for use for a person with only left hand use. I knew this when I purchased it and had to make a few changes so that my wife could operate the throttle and seat controls with the only hand she has use of...her left. It would be nice if Pride would offer these changes from the factory at an additional cost.
