End User Desc: Age 40, fibromyalgia for 20+ years, using scooter mostly for bad days and for long days when a lot of walking or standing would be too much.
Strengths: It's comfortable, zippy, lightweight, easy to dismantle and put together, easy to drive, good looking, it runs long, and the colors are fun to play around with. I really love it!
Weaknesses: I'm used to larger wheels, from riding an old scooter. Ground clearance measures higher on this new one, but smaller wheels have turned out to make it harder to go over uneven ground. The cover on top of the tiller is a little difficult to change, and it snaps off easily during transport. The first time we took it somewhere, the bottom tab broke off the blue one, and we can't figure out what bumped it. The second time, the bottom tab broke off the gray one I used to replace the blue one, and we still can't figure out how anything could have hit it, especially hard enough to break a tab. The other panels, which are Velcro attached, stay on just fine. The key also doesn't always work quite right for some reason. I have to press it a little in just the right way when I turn the scooter on, or it gets persnickety and beeps at me, refusing to run. Something is also going on with a back wheel, and it's too new for this to be happening. I'm going to have to get it looked at.
