For someone who wants to be able to go places like the Williamsburg, Kipona and other outdoor activities it is nice to have the ground clearance.

Strengths: The ability to use the scooter in gravel/grass and up inclines. The distance per charge has made it nice. I like the stability it appears to have unlike the wheelchair style scooters I have seen people using that have look like they are about to tip over on inclines.
Weaknesses: Not quite enough control over the bar that regulates speed. It can sometimes jump because you don't really have the control you have with a gas pedal. I am getting better at adjusting the knob for the speed, but it would still be nice to have a little more control in the thumb bar.
Also, I think there should be a better way to ship, as I could not get to the manuel before I got it out of the box. Also, I found the cardboard blocks in the shipping box very difficult to remove.
Another thing I could suggest is that you make the charging cord longer.
One possible improvement might be installing something that would allow me to attach (or put through) the straps I use to tie down the scooter during transportation.
