Overview
The Nova Zoom Series 4-Wheel rolling walkers offer everything you have been asking for with a rolling walker. The four frame size options makes it easy to find a rollator right for you; appropriate for user heights from 4'10" to 6'2". They features a large padded seat that is 2” wider than standard, large 8” wheels for indoor and outdoor stability, an extra large carry pouch for valuables or everyday needs and it is available in blue, pink, black, green or red , depending on seat height.

Nova Walker Lifetime Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warranty covers the walker for defects in material or workmanship, for the lifetime of the walker. If you have a problem with your walker, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives and they will try to remedy the situation as soon as possible. The warranty applies to parts or replacement only, and does not cover the cost of labor or shipping.
The warranty does not cover parts that need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear including: rubber tips, casters, handgrips, etc. The warranty does not cover problems due to user negligence or misuse of the product.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
