Four wheel walker with locking brakes.
Reviewer: David B. from Potomac, MD
End User Desc: 50 year male with tumors on the spine, causing weakness in the left leg

Strengths: Fits in the trunk of relatively small cars. Four wheels with locking brakes is great at my level of mobility, far superior to the simple two wheel variety. Having a mobile chair is very useful for someone who can't stand for long periods of time.

Weaknesses: A bit on the heavy side; the basket is useful but cumbersome when taking the walker in and out of the trunk.

Strengths: Extended hand rests. Feather-touch brakes. Snap down seat. Folding backrest. I really like the rollator especially the red color!!

Weaknesses: For some reason it seems a little more difficult to fold to put in the trunk. The brake lines tend to snag on other items in my trunk even though I try to keep the area relatively clear.

Mom can walk at a normal pace without falling when she uses her Spinlife.
Reviewer: Evelyn D. from Bell, FL (caregiver)
End User Desc: My Mother is a 78 year old woman who has had two knee replacements, and one hip replacement. As a result, she had trouble maintaining her balance.

Strengths: The Spinlife allows a person like my Mom to walk at a normal pace, unlike the old "pick up and put down" walkers. It is easy to fold and transport. The accessories that we got with the walker allow my Mom to carry almost anything she needs with her. Best of all, my Mom is getting up, getting out and walking.

Weaknesses: So far, I've heard no complaints from my Mom, and I have seen no problems with the Spinlife.

The product is well made and very easy to use.
Reviewer: Tim D. from Simpsonville, SC (caregiver)
End User Desc: Purchased the product for my mother who is 77 and had recent knee surgery.

Strengths: I liked the ability to select a different color that I thought my mother would like. I also selected this product over others due to its light weight. Since my mother has difficulty walking, we needed something light that she could handle. This has worked out very well and she seems to be very pleased with it.

Weaknesses: The ease of use takes a little getting used to. My mother was using a walker that has only two wheels on the front and the back wheels slide. This walker has 4 wheels that roll very easily. She had to get used to using less force to use the walker.

Reviewer: Tracy S. from Altadena, CA

Strengths: It's pretty, strong, rolls and brakes easily, and is comfortable to sit on with the optional seat pad.

Weaknesses: The grips are not padded at all, causing painful pressure trauma to balls of hands, and the development of callouses which take weeks to heal after stopping the use of the walker. The GetGo Rolling Walker adds to my independence.
Reviewer: Jacqueline B. from Kansas City, MO
End User Desc: The GetGo Rolling Walker is used by a middle-aged person who is unable to walk without help; and unable to carry items without help.

Strengths: The GetGo Rolling Walker is light-weight for easy handling, yet solid and durable. The walker folds very easily for transport and storage. The basket is extremely useful - it holds a lot of items. I can move small items from room to room with the greatest of ease. The built-in seat is convenient and comfortable. Additionally, I chose the color I wanted from the several colors offered. I go everywhere with my GetGo.

Weaknesses: So far, I have not experienced any disappointment.

Excellent product and a terrific color!
Reviewer: Channah P. from Beaverton, OR
End User Desc: I'm a 51 year old woman with SP Multiple Sclerosis. This walker helps me keep my balance and stay standing in my home & for short distances. The seat

Strengths: This is my second Nova walker. The hand grips are very comfortable and easy to hold on too. There are reflectors on the handgrips for extra safety when out at night. The backrest can be tilted back if I have something tall (like my electric guitar or folded easel & other art supplies) in the basket. Having the seat is perfect for when I need to sit and rest awhile or to sit on while drawing or painting while out & about. There is never a worry of having a place to sit or having to stay seated in one spot at a party because I've got my own moveable seat and am able to mingle! I love the purple color I chose & get complements on it all the time! I ordered the cup holder for my walker and am so happy I did. Now, when I take a beverage from home along with me or am eating at a fast food restaurant, I have a place for my cup without worrying about it falling over and spilling everywhere. Being able to fold it makes it easy to put in the backseat or trunk of my car. I give it two thumbs up, five stars, and an A-OK!

Weaknesses: In my opinion, there are no weaknesses.

Reviewer: Randa L. from Brooklyn, NY (caregiver)
End User Desc: I bought this product for my grandmother, she just turned 81 years old. She does not have a disability, she just needs a little help occasionally.

Strengths: The walker is very sturdy, and she loved the maroon color. The wheels are nice and big/wide so it's easy for her to take it wherever she needs. She was also very glad it came with a basket. The breaks are great, very easy for her to squeeze & they lock, so when she sits in it, she doesn't have to worry about rolling away. Another great feature is the front wheels swivel with ease, so she does not have a problem turning around corners at all, or maneuvering in tight places.

Weaknesses: With this walker, you pull the seat up so it is more compact to put away. She had a hard time pulling the seat up to fit it into her closet. Also, she is very short, 4'8", and has a slightly hard time getting into the seat, because it is up so high, and when she's sitting in it, her feet do not touch the ground.

Reviewer: Hans D. from Mill Valley, CA (caregiver)

Strengths: Easy to put together and adjust. Easy to use, easy to fold up. My father can now walk outside without back pain, although he has to get used to using the muscles needed to push it. It's very light though, so he periodically walks for 1-2 miles now, whereas without it he was housebound. When tired, he just takes a break on the seat. That says it all.

Reviewer: Anthony V. from Flemington, NJ (caregiver)
End User Desc:

Strengths: It allows more independence for the user. Being able to put items into the basket and bring them someplace without asking for assistance is wonderful for the individual who has become handicapped. A traditional walker does not allow for this. The seat allows for a quick rest, or period to "cathch ones breath" when walking, thus encouraging the individual to walk more, exercize more and become stronger.

Weaknesses: The only inconvenience is that it doesn't fit even in a large car trunk, making it very difficult to take with us on trips or visits to family. I'm sure we will figure a way to do this - perhaps removing a part of it for travel.

Reviewer: Jesse L. from Charleston, SC

Strengths: Spinlife customer relations and the cost of the product. They sent me emails when it was shipped and checked with me to ensure I received it when they said it would be delivered. Locally a product very close to yours was almost $200 more. I even asked them why theirs was so expensive and they had no comment.

Weaknesses: The biggest weakness at first was my cousin being able to fold it up and put it in the car with him. However he has gotten pretty good now. He does not go anywhere without it.

A superior product, easy for a caregiver to use (or a stronger senior citizen)
Reviewer: Elizabeth M. from Dennis, MA (caregiver)
End User Desc: My mom is 88 y.o. and has severe spinal stenosis. This walker enabled us to take her to Hershey, PA on a family vacation.

Strengths: Sturdy, attractive, stable, fairly easy to transport although it does take up quite abit of room. Rolls easily and smoothly. VERY easy to purchase with the terrific reps you have on the phone. Pricing is EXCELLENT. She probably would not have felt she could afford one from the medical supply store---they are easily $200-$400!

Weaknesses: The only weakness I can state is that the strap that holds it together when folded is not adequate. It comes apart easily and actually could be a safety risk if a senior citizen is using it. A stronger band or actually a sturdy strap that would not "give" would be better. Otherwise it is wonderful!

Sturdy. Has increased mobility.
Reviewer: Ruth S. from Sallisaw, OK (caregiver)
End User Desc: Female, 84 years, kidney failure, spinal deterioration. Weak legs, low stamina.

Strengths: This walker is very easy to manipulate, rolls easily. Very sturdy and solid. The basket and cup holder are VERY convenient. She uses the seat to transport her meals back to her bed and nothing spills. She is able to go outside to look at her flowers without feeling unsteady. Gives her much more mobility and she feels she has the Cadillac of walkers and is proud of it.

Weaknesses: The only weakness - if it is one - is the footprint of the walker. It is definitely square and takes up more room than the folding walker. However, this is definitely offset by everything on the plus side. The increased size is not enough to keep Mom from getting through the house. We haven't had to move anything back. She just has to aim better!

Reviewer: Jeff A. from Littleton, CO (caregiver)

Strengths: Nicely padded and comfortable backrest bar; fairly light; good construction and materials; effective and easy to adjust braking system; and, easy to fold.

Weaknesses: My dad commented that it would be nice to have a foot rest; larger tires may make it handle and turn better although more than adequate for our needs; a cushioned seat might be an improvement; folded size could be smaller; and when transferring the walker into the car, it tends to unfold too easily--a hook or some sort would be a nice addition. Blue paint was a lltte too grey for our aesthetic tastes.

High quality product and very easy to use
Reviewer: Linda H. from Raleigh, NC
End User Desc: 38 y/o female with SLE and degenerative arthritis

Strengths: The GetGo rolling walker gave me back so much of my independence that I had lost. It's so light and easy to use, not only do I use it outside, but inside my home as well!

Weaknesses: The only weakness I've found is it's somewhat difficult to get in and out of my car because of the way it folds up. Besides that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Folding lightweight rolling walker with seat and basket
Reviewer: Susan G. from Huntington Station, NY
End User Desc: 43yr old female with Multiple Sclerosis. Balance and fatigue issues.

Strengths: That it's lightweight - I can easily get it into the trunk of my car by myself.

Weaknesses: Not as sturdy as my NOVA and I wish the handles were able to adjusted one notch higher. I'm 5'11" and the handle is not quite high enough.

Strengths: lightweight, seat height is perfect for seniors - makes it very easy to stand up from a seated position

Weaknesses: needs to "lock" in place when compacted or stored in a trunk. we had to use bungee cords...too bad there is no way to lock this
